Sourcing, Managing, Photography, Editing And Delivery - Stress Free Solutions
The Problem
Not only were they having to coordinate 100’s of students at multiple events, locations, and dates, they also had to deal with multiple freelance photographers. All with unique contracts, invoices, editing styles, and gallery systems. It was proving to be time-consuming and complicated for the team at OSC and they needed help.

– We provided a team of 15, including the photographers, backup photographers, project management and administrative support
– We culled, edited and delivered over 11 thousand photographs in total all less than 7 days of each event.
– We provided a varied selection of formal graduation and informal group imagery to students to treasure their experience and the client to use for marketing collateral
– 100% of our collective members want to return for the 2023 season.
– Saved OSC an estimated 30 hours’ administrative work

Jemima and The TWC team took a huge weight off our shoulders in being able to find photographers who could match our brand aesthetic while also meeting the unique demands of the brief.
