What To Expect During A Session With Us
- We know we’re a great match because we create a relaxed atmosphere where we will help put you at ease by talking through any worries or concerns you have.
- Your session is bespoke to you, we take the time to plan every detail.
- We won’t bring out the camera or start the session until you feel completely ready and relaxed.
- We will not rush you and we will take the time to capture images which make you look natural and show your personality.
- We will never ask you to smile. Our conversation will help you do that naturally.
- At the end of the session, we’ll review the images and help you create a shortlist.
- Your photographer will talk you through the next steps and that’ll be your session over.

Personal Branding Photography FAQs
My package price includes everything from planning and the shoot itself, plus editing, selection, digital delivery of the images.
If there are any expenses involved I will get you to approve these in writing to you beforehand.
You are investing in these packages so it’s worth realising that for us to get the best images from you, we need to make sure we click!
This depends on which package you choose.
Our packages can last half an hour, all the way up to a day.
As part of our planning, we’ll discuss what you want from the images and pick the locations together (depending on the package you’ve selected.)
We take all the stress out of organising, planning. You just need to turn up!
You might come to me with ideas of where you’d like to shoot and that’s great! If you don’t have ideas, or if, when we discuss locations, we need some more options, the experts at TWC know all sorts of hidden gems Cambridge has to offer.
We are also able to scout locations outside of Cambridge with enough notice given.
Yes!
If you’d like to go that extra step and feel amazing I can arrange for a hairstylist, makeup artist or a personal stylist at an additional cost.
We keep the images backed up using cloud storage and hard drive backups.
If you do find yourself missing an image from your set let me know and I’m sure we can help!
If you need to reschedule please let me know 48 hours beforehand and the same goes for me if anything were to come up.
Depending on the package you choose it will range between, 5 to 40, but if you fall in love with more you’ll be able to purchase the digital files at £40 per image.
If you want to buy lots of extra images we will create an image package with preferable pricing just for you.

Yes! We have public liability and professional indemnity cover. Our equipment is annually PAT tested.
Our standard turnaround is 5 working days unless agreed. Once I’ve received your final payment we will provide you with a link to your online gallery where you’ll be able to download the images you love.
You have the option to select a shortlist of images after your shoot. The photographer will load all the images onto a laptop and we go through them together. This makes the delivery process faster.
Once your images are ready we use a private online gallery which TWC will send you the link to.
You’ll make your final selection using this gallery.
You’ll be able to download all the images you love, and they’ll instantly be ready for you to use.
To let you know when making your booking I will take a non-refundable booking reservation of 50% of the package fee.
We would be happy to facilitate a payment plan for you
We are big believers in clear and uncomplicated communication and our experts pride themselves on being positive and personable.
In the unlikely situation that something did go wrong, We will always admit our mistakes and come to a resolution with you.
We have a wealth of testimonials from satisfied customers and we make a point to get to know you and your brand well before the shoot begins.
This is best explained from the Association of Photographers:
The photographer (as the author of the image) owns the copyright in their photographs. In the same way that musicians control who can reproduce their music, photographers control who can reproduce their images.
Shops, hairdressers and pubs etc all need licences to play music – photographers issue licences to enable people to reproduce their images. This is why it is important that you discuss your commission and fully brief your photographer (or their agent), including details about where and how you would like to use the images.
The photographer will give you a licence that will reflect the agreed use – ie. on a website, in a brochure, etc., the length of time you wish to use the images for, and the geographical territories in which the images will be shown. The use of these images will be exclusive to you unless agreed otherwise. This means that the photographer will not be able to allow any third-party to use the images you are using during the time they are licensed for your use, and possibly beyond, depending on what has been agreed.
